What I do
I place good people into permanent FMCG and production roles across Auckland — and then I stay until they stick.
Stay 90 is built around what happens after the hire: a structured 90-day integration, with real check-ins for the worker and the line manager through the first three months — when a new hire is most likely to walk. I don't hand that off. I serve the Method myself, one placement at a time. The name is the promise. Built on stick rate, not just speed.
How it works
I learn the role
On-site with the hiring manager — the shift, the floor, the team, and what a good first 90 days actually looks like.
I place the person
Hand-picked from a warm network of production people, screened for whether they'll stay — not just start.
I stay until they stick
Structured check-ins through the first three months, so the placement holds and the hire becomes part of the team.
